Here is a great example of what we need to start seeing more of this summer. Starts off big with the light blue heels, heels always win. She's rocking a hot summer high waisted skirt, which shows off her great legs. The racerback tank is a great top to finish the outfit off. Tight fit and shows just a bit of shoulder
