He hates slow walkers...

At first glance He wasn't gonna even take a picture. But then He realized this guy was a slow walker. He hates slow walkers. He snapped a quick shot and frustration set in, followed up by the fact that the guy is carrying a tote bag. He didn't write the rules but tote bags are exclusively for women. It's a women bag, no question. The only decency this guy has going for him is that its not over his shoulder. That would have been too much.
