Up in the air...

He isn't sure what he thinks of this outfit. He wants to think it works, but there is just something not sitting right. He thinks it may just be too dark of an outfit for a summer afternoon. Either way, He is a fan of the short dress and heel boots. He wants to go ahead and say this look is good, but help He out a little. Agree with the looks? Disagree?
