Is Wearing This Shirt Even Worth It?

A lot of girls this spring/summer are starting to sport the open sided shirts with or without bandeaus. Here is a senario of How Not to Wear a Bandeau. His question is this, if the shirt is going to be so loose and open, is it even necessary? Right off the bat, He knows half the people are going to hate this look and say its trashy and slutty. You might be correct, but hold your horses. He actually thinks there is a time and place for this look in our world. First college, yes anything goes when you're in college, so this look would be a big success on a college campus. Besides that, a nice summer day, maybe it needs to be curbed slightly. But He is a fan of this look, and would also stand by any woman who will attempt this look braless as well. But that will be another topic for coming days.
