It's Friday...and He is NOT happy!

He is not in a good mood. It's cold, wet and suppose to snow in NYC tonight. Pretty sure the calendar says Spring. Here is a gross looking person to go along with He's mood. He has absolutely nothing nice to say about what the person is wearing.
