During Dutch Fashion week, Digna Kosse, decided to design the smallest dress ever made.

Who is He to argue with Digna. He cannot wait to start seeing this outfit on the streets. Not sure how many of these are actually gonna make it off the runway, but eithe way He supports the look. Sometimes less really is more, othertimes, less is just not enough.
