Suspended with Suspenders...

Let's forget for a second that this is one of the worst outfits ever. He can still find at least one good thing among the mess. Suspenders. Not many people go for this look, but suspenders in the right setting can be a very hot look. As always make sure the rest of the outfit works with the suspenders. He would hate to see more people walking around like the chick in the picture. Not good.
