Umbros? Really?

He knows 80s styles are making a come back, and these shorts might even be from the early 90s, but still. He could not believe someone was actually wearing this old school shorts on the boardwalk. Then again, besides Wal-mart, the boardwalk might be the best place to find the ugliest people in the world. (He is a big Wal-mart fan, so please no hate mail)
