Should Headbands be He Approved?

He is having trouble deciding on this one. Something about it is bugging the hell out of He, which is making him want to rip this look apart. But on the otherside, some girls are able to pull it off and make the scarf headband look good. Whoever can convince He of this look will get the approval.
