T-Shirts and Tank Top...Never 2Gether

What is the deal with people wearing tshirts under dresses lately? He has seen this look on a growing number of ladies and He just cannot allow this continue. Hasn't anyone else picked up on this yet, the look should be called "I want to look like a ballet superstar." If this girls outfit wasn't horrible enough, she had to add some purple tights and werd ass sneakers to the mix.
