After an in-depth investigation involving hundreds of hours of videotape and analysis of a laptop belonging to Howard K. Stern, the chief confirmed that no evidence was found indicating foul play. An inquest into the death of Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel is set to begin today in the Bahamas.
